The check-in process itself is almost identical to checking-in at a hotel. Most resorts have valet, standard parking, 24-hour front desk staff, a concierge desk and activities center to help make your check-in process as smooth as possible.
The most common difference is that you will typically have two “confirmation” numbers, one from the booking agency and one that the resort uses. Our reservations team will provide you with both to make your check-in easy, and most resorts can pull up your reservation using your name.
