Better Rooms
Timeshare resorts offer superior accommodations when compared to standard hotel rooms. Our guests enjoy multi-room condos with full kitchens and washers/dryers.
More Options
Since we manage exclusive inventory at resorts throughout North America, there’s a good chance there is more than one resort in your desired destination. Combine that with over 200 different room types and you have a lot of options for your next vacation.
Save Money
By staying in fully equipped multi-room condos you can get the whole family under one roof by booking two, three or four-bedroom units as opposed to reserving more than one hotel room. You also have the opportunity to cook meals and do laundry while on vacation, further saving you money.

What form of payment does ResortShare accept?
If you booked with us through one of our listings on an online travel agency, please reference that specific website for acceptable methods of payment. If booking directly, we accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Can I modify or cancel after I’ve booked?
Timeshare reservations have different booking restrictions than a traditional hotel reservation might. Modifications adding or removing nights are subject to resort availability and generally become more difficult closer to check-in. Changing the name of the primary guest checking-in could be subject to a fee. Reservations become non-refundable 16 days prior to the check-in date, so any cancellation requests must be received prior to that date. Because these are timeshare units, you are checking in as a guest of the resort owner and there are penalties assessed to the owner if reservations are cancelled any closer to check-in.
Are pets allowed at the resorts?
Only service animals are allowed at most resorts. If you would like to inquire about a specific resort you plan on traveling to, please contact our reservations team at (866) 570-1212, seven days a week, and they would be happy to assist.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am at most resorts. Early check-in’s are based on room availability and late check-outs are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to request a late check-out we suggest you do so at the front desk when you arrive at the resort.
How old do you have to be to check-in and do I need to bring anything?
Minimum age to check-in for North American resorts is 21 years of age. Please have a valid government issued ID that matches the name on the reservation exactly, as well as a credit card to be used for $100.00-150.00 (USD) pre-authorized security hold upon check-in. This hold will be released upon check-out. Only the guest whose name is on the reservation will be allowed to check-in at the front desk, spouses and other members of the party cannot check-in without first changing the name on the reservation (subject to fee).
Can I make special requests for my stay?
Yes, special requests can be made prior to arrival by calling our reservations team at (866) 570-1212, or upon arrival at the front desk. Subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Are the resorts handicap accessible?
Yes, resorts are handicap accessible and ADA compliant. Most resorts have a variety of room types to accommodate special needs from guests, for example wheelchair accessible and hearing-impaired units are common at resorts. If you have specific needs, please mention them at the time of booking so we can secure the most appropriate room for your stay.
Is there anything different about checking in to a timeshare resort versus a hotel?
The check-in process itself is almost identical to checking-in at a hotel. Most resorts have valet, standard parking, 24-hour front desk staff, a concierge desk and activities center to help make your check-in process as smooth as possible. The most common difference is that you will typically have two “confirmation” numbers, one from the booking agency and one that the resort uses. Our reservations team will provide you with both to make your check-in easy, and most resorts can pull up your reservation using your name. If you need the resort confirmation number or another copy of your confirmation receipt, please contact our reservations team at (866) 570-1212 for assistance.
Am I required to attend a timeshare sales presentation?
No, these are completely voluntarily and you are not required to attend as a part of your stay. However, should you decide to learn more about ownership, most resorts offer incentives like gift cards, show tickets or free meals in return for you sitting through a timeshare sales presentation. Please be advised you are not obligated to purchase in order to receive the offered incentive and these presentations can take 1.5 to 3 hours of your time out of your trip.
